Strategic Planning and Execution
I always try to focus on strategic planning and execution, in order to achieve our goals in a timely manner.
Especially in project execution, I plan all our activities ahead of time, seeking to optimize time and resource allocations, in order to reduce costs and leverage the knowledge and experience of employees.
I try to be meticulous and accurate with the planning of activities, always contemplating a contingency plan.

Budgeting & Forecasting
I have a very detailed Budgeting & Forecasting process, where I try to give continuous visibility to the leadership on the continuous initiatives and projects that are being executed, as well as on the monthly expenses of the assigned budget.
Through management and analysis tools, we keep all financial movements in detail, giving clarity and visibility to the business.
The forecasting of resources and money is planned annually and is moved to actuals when it is being executed. Thus trying to reduce costs to the project and the business.

Issue Resolution Management
As the leader of the incident portal for LatAm, we always treat the resolution of problems as a high-level impact on the company. Through continuous communication and with the necessary resources looking for the problem, while we implement a workaround of the solution. Critical incidents are resolved between 2 and 4 hours.
In the execution of projects, we always seek to mitigate problems and inconsistencies in the short term, requesting the necessary support and resorting to the company's global experts.
Lately, we have not had any incidents of great impact in the last 3 years, nor with escalations or delays in the execution of a project.

As a leader, I emphasize having a collaborative team, and continuous support towards the rest of the areas, beyond the fact that the activity in question is not part of the scope of the team.
Always prioritizing our activities and deliverables, we offer and give the necessary support to both the business and the rest of the IT areas that need it.

Decision-making is something I enjoy and I like to be able to do it. Beyond the risk that I can assume, I have had a very good experience in the decisions I made. Whether they are team, financial, processes, strategies, or project execution, I always feel satisfied with the decisions I make.
I like to discuss with my team of leaders, get to know other points of view and opinions.
Before making a decision, I try to gather as much information as possible. I try to receive feedback and learn about other experiences.

I feel really strong in the field of negotiation. Whether with lawyers, auditors or providers, I feel that in my experience I have had very good results, achieving in most cases the desired objective.

In the last 3 years, I had the opportunity to lead projects as a delivery lead, taking full responsibility for the project's execution and all the end to end of its deliverables.

In recent years I had the opportunity to apply visualization techniques, data processing, and analysis.
Through the implementation of monitors and KPI's, we try to take the controls and metrics to detail, in order to understand the behavior of our processes and our legacy ecosystem.
Together with Data Analytics, we implement tools that combine business analytics, data mining, data visualization, data tools and infrastructure, and best practices to help organizations make more data-driven decisions.
Some of the applied tools are Analytics, Dashboards, Data mining, Extract Transfer Load (ETL), Predictive modeling, Reporting, and Tableau.

Technical & Design abilities
After more than 20 years of focusing on the technical area, I consider programming languages one of my strongest skills. With great experience in coding for multiple technologies and languages, I have navigated from ERP implementation to web design on multiple platforms.
Carrying out activities such as government processes, workflows, ways of working, documentation, version repository, etc.
All this allowed me to feel capable when designing a process, identifying impacts, designing an architecture between legacy ecosystems, optimizing or improving the flows of a company's operation, among others.

AGILE Hard Skills
I have received multiple training in the AGILE methodology. I consider today one of my strongest points as an IT leader.
The execution of agile projects today is a custom for companies, and based on it, I have as an objective the implementation of efficient and dynamic processes for my IT area.
The search for improvement and optimization of execution processes in technical activities and ways of working is a priority and a modality that I have adopted, as one of my fundamental principles when executing my tasks as an IT leader.
